Located in Belgium, this detached house is undergoing a full renovation, with completion scheduled for December 2021. Set in a serene, green area, the property, originally constructed in the 1960s, is being redesigned to accommodate the modern needs of a growing family.

Renovation Details:

The existing layout, characterized by a segmented design with separate living, dining, and kitchen areas, no longer suited the family's contemporary lifestyle. A more open-plan approach was introduced, featuring a spacious living area with a large kitchen island at its heart—creating a seamless flow between spaces.

In addition, the decision to remove the night corridor allowed for a larger, more functional kitchen, complete with an expanded seating area and a cozy coffee corner. The entrance was reduced in size, allowing for a more grand and luxurious bathroom, now featuring a walk-in shower for added comfort and style.
